Postpartum Doula Service
•Postpartum resource binder •Information provided regarding baby blues and postpartum depression •Support with birthing parent self-care; shower, nap, personal grooming, mediation •Sharing of postpartum nutrition for optimal healing •Family meal plan support •Guiding support for infant holistic care; feeding, recognizing sleeping patterns, fine and gross motor skill development •General guide to chest feeding. Support with locating a specialist when needed •Bottle feeding support •Pumping support •Sibling support •Light housekeeping; trash, kitchen clean-up, vacuum
Nesting Services
Tidying up the environment. Three room minimum $175 (1 living space, 1 bathroom, kitchen). Additional spaces are available at $75 per room.
